Registration of Investments

Unless otherwise instructed by the client the Investment shall be registered in the client’s name or a nominee for the ULTIMATE BENEFIT of the client or in the trust account ofthe investment manager.

All cash deposits including interest, dividends, and proceeds of disposals, received by MFM for the Client’s account arising from the services provided in terms of our mandate, shall be paid for the client’s credit into JSE Trustees (Proprietary) Limited (JSET) in terms of the Applicable Legislation, unless the Client instructs MFM to pay such cash into a bank account “Account” as on the signed mandate.

Payments will only be made into the “Account”. MFM is not authorised to make third payments.
